Dreamweaver Cs4 won’t let me do hotspots?
I just started using cs4 and am really used to cs3. I’m trying to do a hotspot and it won’t let me. Websites tell me that hotspot are in the properties box, but it’s not. Could anyone tell me how to fix/do this?
